Sylvia Fountaine is a compassionate and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a true passion for helping others achieve lasting wellness from the inside out. With a strong foundation in hormone therapy—including hormone pellet therapy—peptide treatments, IV nutritional support, weight management, and sexual wellness, Sylvia takes a deeply personalized and holistic approach to care. Her warm, calming presence and extraordinary patience instantly put patients at ease, creating a space where they feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered. With a background in emergency and regenerative medicine, Sylvia is committed to guiding each individual on a journey to renewed energy, balanced hormones, graceful aging, and a more vibrant, fulfilled life.

Emily is a highly experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector with over 15 years in cosmetic and wellness care. She holds a BSN from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (Cum Laude) and is a licensed Texas RN with ACLS and BLS certifications. A member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses since 2010, Emily has worked in some of Houston’s most prestigious med spas and plastic surgery practices.
She is expertly trained in neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®), dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, Radiesse®, Voluma®, Belotero®, Sculptra®), and IV hydration therapy. Her background also includes leadership roles as an OR Supervisor and Surgical RN, as well as participation in medical mission trips providing reconstructive care for children.
At Mint Body Spa, Emily is known for delivering safe, personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty and confidence while building strong, lasting patient relationships.

Debi is a highly experienced medical esthetician and laser specialist with over 20 years in the industry. She specializes in advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, plasma lift, and a variety of laser procedures—always focused on delivering personalized, results-driven care.
She serves as a lead instructor at a well-known laser aesthetics institute in the region and trains physicians and medical spa professionals in the use of laser technologies. With 18 years of prior medical experience—nine in intensive care as a respiratory therapist and nine in hyperbaric medicine—Debi brings a strong clinical foundation to her work.
Passionate about education, she is dedicated to supporting both her clients and students. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Debi has lived in Texas since 1989 with her husband of 35 years. She enjoys swimming, golfing, traveling, and being a proud dog mom to her three pups.
