Taif Alhashmy
Taif Alhashmy is the heart and driving force behind Mintbody Med Spa and Wellness. With over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, her passion for people and commitment to exceptional customer service have earned her a reputation for delivering top-notch care. Known for her lively charisma and in-depth industry knowledge, Taif ensures every consultation is both enjoyable and informative.
Taif opened the original Mintbody Med Spa & Wellness location in Cypress (the Fry location) in 2017 and expanded her vision by opening the Fairfield location in 2021. Under her leadership, the clinic has become a trusted destination for beauty, wellness, and personal enhancement, with a focus on quality and innovation.
Her wealth of international knowledge, gained from living and working in multiple countries and interacting with a diverse range of people, enriches her approach and understanding of the industry. Taif is also a dedicated mentor who loves to guide and lead community events, helping the new generation find successful paths in their careers.
When she’s not leading her team or mentoring others, Taif loves to travel and enjoys attending social events, always bringing her positive energy wherever she goes.
Dr. Gregg Reger, graduated from University of Texas, Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, and he is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, and the Texas Medical Society. Also a member of the American Medical Association, and Diplomat of the American College of Phlebology. Dr. Reger’s background includes 3 years of medical research at M.D. Dr. Regar oversees MINTbody Med Spa & Wellness non-invasive treatments protocols and procedures.

Heather is a board-certified Licensed Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience and a strong background in both traditional and aesthetic care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Heather’s career includes roles at prestigious institutions like Memorial Hermann Memorial City and USPI, with a particular focus on cosmetic injections and laser treatments within medical spas. Her expertise encompasses delivering personalized cosmetic procedures and achieving outstanding patient results.
Certified as an Emergency Nurse and board-certified in family practice (FNP-BC), Heather's credentials and experience reflect her commitment to excellence in patient care. Her extensive background and passion for aesthetic treatments make her a valuable asset to any medical spa team.
Outside of her professional life, Heather is dedicated to community involvement and personal growth, adding depth and warmth to her practice.

I earned my degree as a doctor of Medicine from University of Ankara/Turkey. I'm practicing Aesthetic Medicine in the last 15 years. Specialized in advanced injection techniques for face contouring with dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PDO threads as well as PRP, PRF injections. I have also worked as a Training Faculty Member for American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (A4M) Dubai for 5 years, leading hands on trainings for doctors from all over the world for advanced injections techniques with dermal fillers and neurotoxins.

I have a great passion for combined treatments to get the most natural and long lasting results to enhance beauty. I was told that I have a great eye for detail. I am a mother of three. I enjoy painting, reading and traveling on my free time. I am very excited about being a part of the MINTbody Med Spa & Wellness team!

Destinee is a true skincare enthusiast with over a decade of experience as a licensed Esthetician. After studying the science of esthetics at the Aveda Institute, her passion for taking care of others naturally led her into the world of aesthetics. With over 5 years of experience in the medical spa industry, Destinee holds certifications in CoolSculpting, Venus Legacy, Diamond Glow, Hydrafacial, VI Peel, and Novalash.
Since joining the Mintbody team in March 2021, Destinee has become a favorite among patients for her expertise in body contouring and skin tightening, especially treatments focusing on the abdomen and back of the thighs. She also loves performing Hydrafacials and customized acne facials, making every patient feel radiant and refreshed.
A Houston native and Cypress resident since 2016, Destinee's caring nature shines both in her work and as a mom of two wonderful kids. When she's not pampering clients, you'll find her enjoying family time, cooking up delicious meals, or cozying up for movie nights.

Kaley brings a vibrant energy to our team as a Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator. With her strong background in patient care and a passion for aesthetics, Kaley's goal is to make every patient feel their best, both inside and out. Known for her contagious giggles and uplifting spirit, she creates a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and supported.
Her attention to detail and genuine care ensure that each patient’s experience is personalized, positive, and leaves them smiling. We absolutely love her energy, and so will you!
When she’s not brightening up the office, Kaley enjoys peaceful walks in nature and has a soft spot for her feline friends.
